If I remember correctly, a couple of years ago, I joined a food and beverage company and was lucky enough to be part of the most dynamic and adorable team with three other amazing and talented guys who’d always been willing to support me.
I hate to admit that in the first week at the office, I was a bit overwhelmed with a myriad of tasks and company procedures, which made me even think about quitting. But fortunately, my team always had my back. Every single day, our team held a meeting to brief me about all the necessary tasks and training sessions that can be extremely beneficial to my daily duty. Thanks to these gifted and skillful teammates, I’d learned a great deal of experience to better handle my new challenging job.
Honestly speaking, at first, I was a bit down in the dumps since I didn’t have any female co-worker to confide in. But later on, I came to realize that these three male colleagues were a lot friendlier and more caring than I’d thought. Not only did they back me up whenever I was in dire need but they seemed to be more like family members to me as well. In fact, we all felt lucky that we always knew how to complement each other. Needless to say, I’ll never forget that precious time we used to have together and even though we’re working for various businesses now, we do still hang out sometimes and recollect the fond memories if time allows.
